render all FNPT-G class simulators obsolete and any training time
gained on such a system after this cut-off date will be no longer
qualify for credits towards pilot training.

use of this device will free up the availability of your actual

The new Diamond Elite
product series is designed for basic and advanced pilot,
instrument, navigation and procedures training and can be
certified under JAR-STD 3(A) FNPT II. The device may also be
used for skill tests, revalidation and renewal as well as
for instructor training. Exact details are outlined in the
respective paragraphs of the JAR-FCL.

CTC Aviation selects
Diamond-ELITE DA42 FNPT II |

Flight Simulators Limited
are pleased
to announce their recent order from one of the UK’s
leading flight training providers. CTC Aviation, has ordered
two FNPT II (Flight Navigation Procedures Trainer) devices
from the joint venture company Diamond-Elite Simulation
Industries to replicate the flying characteristics of the
Diamond DA42 Twin Star.
Making use of major components of the actual
aircraft and equipped with the latest Garmin G1000 GPS
system, they will be delivered later this year to CTC’s
training centres at Bournemouth International Airport, UK,
and in Hamilton, New Zealand.
